CLIENT: Pfizer
Professional Sales
GOAL: Provide
achievement gifts for Pfizer Sales Representatives at an award
conference in Cancun, Mexico.
CHALLENGE: Produce
and deliver more than 2,000 items to the Cancun resort while
avoiding customs delays.
ACTION: We received,
co-packed and collated each item at the Cavanaugh Distribution
Center, and coordinated with shipping brokers both locally
and in Cancun to determine the best methods of labeling to
ensure smooth passage through Mexican customs. Research and
experience proved that electronic items hold suspicion of
resale, so keen attention was paid to clearly mark each box
with its intent and purpose.
RESULT: All
items arrived several days in advance and were well-received
by each guest. Plans for the next annual trip are underway.
