driver safety records for its trucking fleet.
CHALLENGE: Develop
a safety program that would incent company drivers to focus
on improving their driving safety records.
ACTION: Cavanaugh
managed a Drivers Safety Award Program that awarded merchandise
and plaques for those drivers attaining a certain number of
accident free miles, resulting in the company’s best
trucking safety performance year.
