CLIENT: Pfizer
Public Health and Pfizer Medical Humanities Initiative
GOAL:
Receive, store, distribute and restock books, pamphlets
and other materials utilized for Pfizer meetings, presentations,
etc. '
CHALLENGE: Guarantee
ready access to these materials for all Pfizer employees.
ACTION: Cavanaugh
developed a Web site for both groups to feature their products.
The site includes images of each book and brochure cover as
well as real-time available quantity. Items are interchanged
as needed. Employees place orders for these items, which are
shipped same day from the Cavanaugh Distribution Center. Unused
or reusable items are returned to the Distribution Center
after each event. A retail site was also created allowing
the public to purchase titles of interest.
