Consumer Healthcare Community Affairs
GOAL: Streamline
the registration process for the annual company picnic at
Six Flags amusement park.
CHALLENGE: Properly
register over 25,000 attendees.
ACTION: Cavanaugh
designed a Web site for online registration for employees.
All pertinent data was captured on the Web site and transferred
back to Pfizer for proper distribution of tickets and promotional
merchandise.

Initiative
GOAL: Receive,
store, distribute and restock books, pamphlets and other materials
utilized for Pfizer meetings, presentations, etc.
CHALLENGE: Guarantee
ready access to these materials for all Pfizer employees.
ACTION: Cavanaugh
developed a Web site for both groups to feature their products.
The site includes images of each book and brochure cover as
well as real-time available quantity. Items are interchanged
as needed. Employees place orders for these items, which are
shipped same day from the Cavanaugh Distribution Center. Unused
or reusable items are returned to the
Distribution Center after each event. A retail site was also
created allowing the public to purchase titles of interest.
