CASE STUDY - Value and Leader Behaviors
CLIENT: Pfizer
CEO Dr. Hank McKinnell and Corporate Human Resources Department
GOAL: To assist
Pfizer in promoting its Corporate Values and Leader Behaviors
throughout all levels of Pfizer “Colleagues.”
CHALLENGE: Create
commemorative products of a high perceived value, offering
an attractive imprint area and providing a meaningful gift
that would reinforce the importance of these values and leader
behaviors to all Pfizer “Colleagues.”
ACTION: Cavanaugh
designed a medallion program featuring a brass medallion and
key chain depicting Pfizer Values. The items were used by
the CEO’s Office and HR Department to recognize outstanding
employees for their steadfast contributions to the company.
Cavanaugh also created a Values and Leader Behaviors illustrative
wheel that was circulated to Pfizer employees.
