GOAL:
Coordinate and streamline the logistical process specific
to exhibitor tradeshows.
CHALLENGE: Pfizer
corporate departments were responsible for the physical storage
and logistical support of attending tradeshows, despite limited
space and time constraints on Pfizer employees for these activities.
ACTION:
Cavanaugh provided tradeshow management by warehousing
materials and ensuring all proper materials were delivered
to the tradeshow location on time and in the proper quantities.
