CASE STUDY - All Smiles
CLIENT: Eatn' Park Restaurants, ranked as one of the Top 25 casual dining restaurant chains in the country
GOAL: Create a merchandising revenue stream around its signature Smiley Cookie logo.
CHALLENGE: There has been no formal merchandising ever attempted and store space was limited.
ACTION: Cavanaugh designed and supplied multiple infant, toddler and youth apparel lines featuring "Smiley" and holiday themes. The lines were test-marketed in selective restaurants and both the line and participating restaurants were expanded after the launch proved successful. Cavanaugh also created non-apparel promotional items for restaurant retail.
